President Mark Carpenter pleased to be ‘best of the best’
TUALATIN, OR – (May 21, 2013) – Columbia Roofing & Sheet Metal, a leading specialty roofing contractor in the Pacific Northwest, is a recipient of Carlisle SynTec Systems’ 2013 Perfection Award. The award is offered annually to the top five percent of Carlisle’s contractors, which included 80 contractors in North America this year.
Columbia Roofing & Sheet Metal President Mark Carpenter explained that award recipients must be a top-performing contractor to be considered as an approved applicator.
“I am proud that we are recognized as one of the best of the best,” Carpenter said. “It is very good to be recognized for the quality work we do, the low amount of warranty claims, and for the way we conduct our business. This company could not perform at this level without the whole team performing the best practices from installation to relations both inside and outside of the company.”
According to a Carlisle SynTec Systems’ press release, the Perfection Award is determined on the basis of a series of quality oriented metrics, including installation quality and warranty claim performance. Carlisle SynTec Systems is a leading manufacturer of single-ply roofing materials. For more information, please visit the Carlisle, PA-based company at www.carlisle-syntec.com.
